Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@exclusiveiam.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

3. Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable); otherwise, customer may be asked to self-ship.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, a store credit will be issued.

Note: Custom-stitched or sale items are non-returnable.
